Auburn is a charming town that is the perfect combination of rural and the peaceful beauty of nature. Surrounded by endless greenery and trees, it’s a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are a couple of pesky insects that like to make it hard to relax, however. Ticks can be a problem in the Auburn area. Ticks are small, eight-legged insects related to spiders that feed on blood. They are a nuisance and can be dangerous, as some carry blood-borne diseases such as Lymes Disease. Although ticks are found outdoors, they can easily be transferred inside through dirty clothes and even your pets. Make sure to wash dirty clothes with hot water and inspect your indoor pets regularly to make sure they aren’t carrying any of these pesky insects. If you notice any in or around your home, call an expert immediately!

Several Fox team members, including Branch Manager Ty Hawkins, were once boy scouts. For team members like Ty, their adventures with the Boy Scouts of America was a huge part of their childhood. For our former Boy Scouts, the Scouting Museum and Library in Auburn is an informative blast to the past. The museum allows them to learn more about the history of the scouting program.
When they’re in the area, members of our team also enjoy going to Auburn Pitts, a local Auburn bar and grill. Its relaxing outdoor patio and great American food make it the perfect place to go to grab a quick bite on a lunch break or after work hours.
